Allen & Gledhill arbitration specialist Dinesh Dhillon will assume leadership of the Law Society of Singapore after Lisa Sam completes her tenure. The incoming president brings decades of experience from Baker McKenzie and Khattar Wong, alongside his current role steering the firm's dispute resolution operations since becoming a partner nearly two decades ago.

His appointment positions him to oversee preparations for the International Bar Association conference returning to the city-state, where he already serves as Asia-Pacific Regional Forum co-chair. The society simultaneously elevated Professor Tan Cheng Han SC and Daniel Koh as vice presidents, with Peggy Yee taking the treasurer post.
