The actor, set to star as undercover cop Wei Shen and produce the adaptation, announced on social media that Timo Tjahjanto will helm the project. Tjahjanto confirmed his involvement, citing the game as a direct inspiration for his previous films The Night Comes for Us and The Shadow Strays, and vowed to deliver a faithful version.
