Three organizers transformed a grassroots concept into Bulawayo's Beyond The Borders Dance Competition, attracting nearly 90 performers and spectators from Gweru, Harare and Zambia. Slick That Dancer from Gweru secured the Open Style championship, combining Amapiano and Hip-Hop elements, while local performer Kalton captured the Hip-Hop division, with winners dividing ticket revenue.
Event coordinators acknowledged that managing logistics with minimal staff created difficulties and plan to expand preparation timelines for subsequent editions.
