So GCCI's big plan for women's equality in Ahmedabad is a fun run

Ahmedabad welcomed thousands of participants to the 'Run for Her' initiative on Sunday. The event promoted female entrepreneurship, physical wellness, and community participation throughout the city. Women entrepreneurs from various backgrounds joined the gathering organized by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The program combined fitness activities with business networking opportunities for attendees. Fundraising efforts supported future development programs for female business owners.

Rajesh Gandhi from the Chamber of Commerce praised the strong attendance. He emphasized workplace equality and social empowerment for women across all environments. Traditional Raas-Garba dances opened the celebration before the official race began. First-time participants competed alongside experienced runners of different ages. The atmosphere reflected determination and cultural pride among all competitors.

Aash Bahna leads the GCCI Business Women's Committee and explained the dual purpose. The initiative raises money while spreading awareness about the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs. Workshop funding will assist small business owners through educational seminars. Participants expressed enthusiasm despite personal challenges during the event. The celebration concluded with recognition ceremonies honoring all runners.
