Sonora Cinematic shares dreamy acoustic vibes

Sonora Cinematic released Panorama Acoustic as a partner to their Panorama Guitars from last year. The first one made dreamy rock sounds, but this new set creates quiet, rich tones from acoustic guitars. You play these sounds through Native Instruments' Kontakt Player, which you can download for free.

Matteo Nahum, who writes film music and plays guitar, recorded three fancy acoustic guitars for this set. You'll hear everything from gentle plucks to picked notes, either spread out or packed together. This version really focuses on IMPro sounds - those natural, flowing improvisations that add life to background music. They even created new IMPro sounds with fifths and octaves that make huge, movie-style backgrounds.

Everything works through the Aria Engine that lets you control lots of settings. You can use two full layers with the same sounds but mix them differently. Blend various types, stack them, fade between them, and control any setting with simple X-Y movements. Change filters, volume, speaker balance - almost anything. You can record how you move the controls, save that pattern, and play it back at any speed. You can even add your recordings for endless options.

Need something quick? Choose from over 100 ready-made sounds. This set mixes close, warm guitar tones with big, dramatic sounds perfect for movies and games. It also adds natural touches to quiet music, indie songs, folk tracks, or modern singer pieces. Just make sure you have Kontakt Player version 8.1 or higher.

You can buy Panorama Acoustic at sonoracinematic.com for £49 until April 30, 2025. After that, the price changes to £59. If you have already bought Panorama Guitars, you pay only £39 instead of £49. Want both? The Panorama Bundle gives you both for £89 instead of £118. These prices do not include VAT.
