St Lucia minister visits Jamaica special education school

A Caribbean minister flew to Jamaica just to check out some handmade gift boxes and is now borrowing the playbook.

• Danny Butcher toured the Windsor School of Special Education on March 18.
• He was blown away by their wooden Jamaican gift boxes.
• The school’s vocational program includes a woodwork shop and a vegetable garden.
