Court action already merged Pilavian v. Suno, Inc. with Rugnetta v. Suno, Inc. under Judge Allison D. Burroughs. Beckham says his case connects to that fight and may join the same track. The new filing alleges negligence, implied-contract violations, unjust enrichment, and related claims.
Nationwide coverage is proposed for affected US users, with a South Dakota subclass, while alleged damages top USD $5 million. He says roughly 10 hours went into dealing with the breach, alongside more spam calls and phishing attempts.
