Suspect Alleges Dark Conspiracy and Fake Arrest in Banjul

A man named Ousainou Bojang went to court on Monday. The police say he killed two police officers and hurt another one in 2023. He stood in front of Judge Ebrima Jaiteh and said he did not do it. He told everyone the police should find the real killers.

Ousainou said something important happened at the Sukuta Police Station. The police brought seven people who saw the shooting. These people looked at Ousainou, but none of them said he was the shooter. They said they saw someone short wearing white clothes instead.

Ousainou talked about a police officer named Commissioner Sowe. He said Sowe did not tell the truth to other police officers. Ousainou remembered a time at the Anti-Crime Unit when Sowe gave him coffee. After drinking it, he fell asleep and woke up in a jail cell.

The police came to Ousainou's house in Brufut and took many things, including his phone and diary. His lawyer, Lamin Darboe, asked the court to make the police bring back everything they took. Judge Jaiteh agreed and told the police they must bring all these things to court before the next time they meet.

The court will meet again on the 24th to hear more about what happened. They want to learn the truth about who hurt the police officers.
