Tete fuel stations are back in business, drivers relieved

Gas runs freely again at filling stations across Tete city. Drivers feel happy about this change after facing hard times. They hope the fuel keeps flowing without more problems. For almost fourteen days, people struggled with empty pumps and missing gas supplies. The shortage hit regular gas the hardest during this time.

Cars lined up for hours at stations that still had fuel. Many drivers waited up to two hours just to fill their tanks. Things look much better today as most private stations sell regular gas once more. The supply chain seems fixed for these businesses around town. Station managers report they have plenty of gas to meet everyone's needs.

These stations claim enough backup supplies to last at least fourteen days ahead. Despite this good news, some people still buy extra gas in plastic bottles. They might plan to sell this later when prices go up or shortages happen again. This hoarding continues even though most stations have fuel right inside them.

The two big company stations face different problems than the rest. Both Galp and Petromoc locations remain without regular gas supplies today. Unlike their competitors, these major brands still wait for their tanks to refill. Most smaller private stations already serve customers as usual throughout the city center.

The crisis pushed many drivers to extreme measures during the worst days. People changed travel plans and daily routines because of missing fuel. Business suffered when trucks and taxis couldn't move goods or people around town. Everyone breathes easier with pumps working again after those difficult weeks. Life returns to normal patterns for most residents who depend on vehicles each day.
