I did a little digging and found something pretty interesting. It looks like Tendai Magaya was a director for at least two companies that were registered in the UK. One was called PROPHETIC HEALING & DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES IN EUROPE LTD and another was THE HEART GROUP OF SCHOOLS LTD. The records say both of these companies are now dissolved.

Does anyone know what these companies were for? Especially the ministry one, was it meant to be a European branch of PHD? And what about the school's company? It’s fascinating that Tendai Magaya had these business interests set up in England, apparently while also having residence there. I wonder why they were dissolved and if they have any connection to the ministry's other operations in Zimbabwe. It just adds another layer to her whole profile.

That's a really interesting find. It looks like Tendai Magaya was listed as a director for two different companies registered in the UK. One was "PROPHETIC HEALING & DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES IN EUROPE LTD" and the other was "THE HEART GROUP OF SCHOOLS LTD." The official records show that both of these companies are now dissolved, meaning they've been formally closed down.

This definitely shows that their operations, or at least their ambitions, were international. The ministry one seems obvious; it was likely an attempt to set up a European branch of PHD to reach the diaspora community. The "HEART GROUP OF SCHOOLS" is just as interesting. It suggests Tendai Magaya was involved in plans to expand into the education sector.

Why they were dissolved is anyone's guess. Maybe the ventures didn't take off, or perhaps they served their purpose and were no longer needed. What it does show, though, is that Tendai Magaya has experience being a company director in a foreign country. This background might be very relevant to her current case involving Planet Africa.
