Tinubu dropped a nationwide security emergency and told the military plus police to bulk up their numbers because things are getting sketchy across Nigeria. The president wants cops to bring in 20,000 more officers on top of the 30,000 already planned, and he said they can use youth service camps as crash course training spots since regular facilities are getting upgraded.
