Tusshar Kapoor is finally stepping into a Prakash Jha political thriller after 25 years in the game, and the man sounds genuinely thrilled about leaving his comfort zone behind. Janadesh is a fictional but hard-hitting take on the country's political landscape, marking the first time he's worked with the Raajneeti filmmaker. Shekhar Suman, Rahul Bose, and Ishwak Singh also star.
And Jha's track record in this space is basically untouchable. The guy gave us Chakravyuh, Satyagraha, and Aarakshan before pivoting to OTT with the Bobby Deol-led Aashram.
