Opoku-Agyemang said the whole point is creating jobs and smoothing out reentry for former inmates while treating officers and prisoners better. She asked the public to chip in on fundraising drives since even small amounts can improve conditions inside facilities.
The VP gave props to the Director General for running a tight ship and urged the new officers to stay disciplined as they move up the ranks.
