Vubachikwe Mine's big tank project is hiring locals

Vubachikwe Mine begins constructing thirty vat leach tanks to enhance gold processing operations. The expansion represents a strategic investment aimed at increasing recovery capacity while prolonging the facility's productive years. Robert Mukondiwa spoke at a press conference about the initiative's technological and community development objectives. Advanced recovery systems will extract more gold from ore deposits through improved processing methods. The modernized equipment promises greater operational efficiency and enhanced economic returns.

Local workforce participation forms a central component of the construction strategy. Mine management contracted specialized builders while requiring seventy percent of workers to come from surrounding communities. Young residents will gain employment opportunities alongside technical training in advanced construction methods. The hiring policy ensures that project investments benefit the local economies directly. Extended mine operations will provide sustained employment and continued funding for local development programs.
