Digital Extremes revealed significant content additions for Warframe during the tenth annual TennoCon community gathering. The free-to-play action game will receive a narrative chapter called "The Old Peace" before the end of the year. Players will experience the backstory of Tau and his companion Adis while battling the new Dax Anarch Warriors faction on Perita moon. This operator-centered quest advances the current "Void War" storyline and prepares for the upcoming Tau Narrative Chapter, scheduled to arrive in 2026. The developers also announced "The Devil's Triad" side quest featuring three new characters.
Enhanced visual elements will accompany these story additions. Digital Extremes redesigned the Operator's character models with improved facial animations and updated cosmetic assets. A new Ultimate ability for the Operator will be introduced alongside these visual improvements. The Fall update will bring additional enhancements such as a mod tutorial quest called "The Teacher" and the 62nd Warframe. An Android closed beta will launch during the same period.
