A Florida woman was arrested after claiming rapper Eminem would pay her diner bill because they are married—though the two have never met. Jennifer Kleber, 54, refused to pay a $27.55 tab at Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner in Silver Springs, telling police her “spouse,” Eminem, covers her meals and has “unlimited money.” Staff recognized her from past visits, where she also allegedly left without paying.
Kleber had ordered French toast, a bacon cheese sandwich, soda, and chocolate milk, but had only ten dollars on her. Officers did not accept her explanation and charged her with defrauding an innkeeper. She was taken to Marion County Jail.
