The directive from the State Prosecutor’s Office specifically prohibits gestures, imagery, or songs, such as one titled Heil Hitler, that could be construed as advocating Nazism.
Prosecutor Ana Beatriz Pereira de Souza Frontini stated that any such actions would result in immediate arrest for the artist, his crew, or the event promoters. Local police have been instructed to enforce these anti-Nazi laws, which carry potential jail time for violations.
