Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched 545 development initiatives valued at Rs 2,264 crore across Bareilly district on Wednesday. The state leader inaugurated 222 completed projects worth Rs 1,258 crore while establishing foundations for 322 additional ventures totaling Rs 1,004 crore. Major developments encompass the Nath Corridor spiritual tourism project, flood prevention systems, transportation infrastructure, and a Unani Medical College facility.
The chief minister distributed employment letters to over 6,000 young people through the state recruitment program. He emphasized that his administration has created 8.5 lakh government positions through merit-based selection processes during the past eight years. Women candidates secured more than 12,000 of these roles through transparent hiring practices.
Adityanath announced complimentary bus transportation for women passengers during the Rakshabandhan festival from August 8 through 10. This benefit applies to both municipal transport services and state road corporation vehicles throughout Uttar Pradesh.
