ZANU-PF Youth League launches Politics Mubhazi bus tour

ZANU-PF is taking its political chat to the back of the bus. The party's youth wing launched a tour called Politics Mubhazi. They want casual talks with young people in informal settings. The idea is a bus trip from Harare to Murehwa and back.

The event is hosted by the league's deputy political commissar, Taurai Kandishaya. Youth League executive member Munashe Tawanda Mtutsa will also be a guest. They plan to create a relaxed space for discussing national issues.

Kandishaya said this modernizes their mobilization strategy. The goal is to move politics into everyday social spaces. People should not feel like they are attending a formal political meeting.

He noted that spontaneous debates already happen on buses and in bars. Those talks often run on incomplete or wrong information. This initiative aims to turn those spaces into platforms for better dialogue.

The tour combines travel with direct interaction and civic education. Participants can ask leaders questions without pressure. The environment is meant to feel natural and free from intimidation.
