Director Taungana Ndoro said any public institution demanding payments between a hundred and two hundred bucks for enrollment is breaking the law, and disciplinary action is coming. Parents like Rudo Maphosa from Emganwini are getting squeezed with hidden charges disguised as application fees, and families are scared to complain because they think their kids will get blacklisted.
