• The old premises were apparently dilapidated and posed significant occupational health risks for everyone working there.
• Things got so bad that staff members were forced to operate from makeshift spaces, including the actual kitchen area.
• Selling the flats was necessary to buy a standalone commercial property that actually reflects their growth and offers a boardroom.

The board defends the decision without a general meeting

• They are pointing to Article 41, which gives the board of directors full power to make these calls between annual general meetings.
• Zimura claims there is zero need to call an extraordinary general meeting because the board was elected to handle exactly this kind of business.
• A committee was set up to oversee the sale, and the whole transaction was reported to members back in October 2025.

Police investigating defamation as lawsuit looms
