Twenty Nigerian Technical Aid Corps volunteers began assignments across Gambian higher education institutions on Monday. Nigeria's government dispatched these professionals to strengthen academic capabilities at universities and quality assurance organizations throughout the West African nation. The deployment ceremony took place at the Nigerian High Commissioner's residence in Kanifing, with Minister Pierre Gomez attending. These specialists will assist the University of Education, the University of The Gambia, the Civil Service University, and the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority.
