Generally speaking, are most oans who make less money than daiges reluctant to cheat if they are in a relationship with a daige who happens to make more money than them?

It's not just about a daige having her own money that will give her confidence to leave a relationship, sometimes some daiges are already emotionally entangled in a relationship.

In other words, I am kinda tryna say even if she was financially stable on her own she can also forgive him and still accept him even while he is cheating, so it's not necessarily about her not having her own money.

I don't think so but in some cases when it comes to other things besides cheating and whatnot, people often act from what they experienced growing up. Even if they fail to admit it. It is kinda subconscious.
