"Kudhumanisa" in Shona means to date two different people at the same time, therefore, creating a love triangle.
For example, a man or woman may initially be in love with Person X as their main primary partner but later on, because of whatever reason they will start getting it on with Person Y on the side, you see.
Note: In Chivanhu it is okay for a man to establish a recognized barika (i.e. polygamy marriage) if he wants to, however, it is not culturally encouraged for him to be a player who neglects his family. As for women, there is no such thing as polyandry in Chivanhu.
