The Central Board of Film Certification granted a U/A certificate to director Praveen K's investigative thriller Aaryan on Tuesday. Vishnu Vishal Studioz announced that the film will open in theaters on Oct. 31 after clearing certification. The production house partnered with Shubhra and Aryan Ramesh to create the thriller starring Vishnu Vishal as a police officer investigating a serial killer.
The antagonist played by Selvaraghavan announces the victim's names one hour before each murder. Authorities assign the case to Vishnu Vishal's character based on his success in solving a similar Kodaikanal investigation. Manu Anand contributed as co-writer, while Sam CS composed the score, and Harish Kannan handled cinematography. Vishnu Vishal wrapped principal photography in February, calling the project special because the title matches his son's name.
