After nukes, Min Aung Hlaing wants a spy satellite

The talks addressed workforce development in aerospace technology sectors. Officials signed formal cooperation agreements for outer space activities between both governments.

Myanmar Space Agency Executive Chief Dr Soe Myint Maung participated in the ceremony. Multiple union ministers and diplomatic representatives witnessed the partnership agreements. The collaboration advances Myanmar's space capabilities through Russian technical expertise and educational opportunities.
