Min Aung Hlaing markets his fake vote to the Kremlin

Myanmar's military chief met Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov at a Moscow hotel yesterday afternoon. Senior General Min Aung Hlaing discussed plans for multiparty elections with the Kremlin official during diplomatic talks. Both leaders examined the procedures for democratic power transfer and international recognition of Myanmar's electoral process. Economic partnership roadmaps between the nations received attention during their bilateral session.

The Myanmar delegation presented ceremonial gifts to Russian representatives after concluding discussions. Commission officials and Foreign Minister U Than Swe joined Min Aung Hlaing at the Radisson Collection Hotel meeting. Honorary Consul-General Sergey Shatirov accompanied Kobyakov, along with executives from the investment fund. Ambassador U Thit Linn Ohn participated alongside other diplomatic personnel from both countries.
