Ahan Shetty dropped about eleven pounds for his part in the upcoming film Border 2. He described a strict high-protein and healthy fat diet, with very few carbohydrates, to get a lean soldier's physique. Shetty said the meal plan required precise timing with his training and filming schedule, admitting to zero cheat days during the shoot to achieve an authentic and functional look for his role as a Navy officer. The actor filmed at the real National Defence Academy in Khadakwasla, Pune, calling the experience physically hard but deeply impactful on his performance.
