Airtel Uganda held a big breakfast meeting with its partners on Tuesday. They talked about how to give customers the best service over the holidays.
Airtel is one of the biggest phone companies in Uganda. Its network is run in collaboration with many other businesses.
The new boss of Airtel Uganda is Soumendra Sahu. He thanked all the partners for their hard work.
"Working together is very important to us," Mr. Sahu said. "We want to make sure our customers are happy, especially during the holidays."
Rajesh Agrawal is in charge of Airtel's networks. He told everyone at the meeting that Airtel wants to be the best and needs to be ready for more people to use their phones over the holidays.
Many important partners attended the meeting, including big companies like Huawei and Nokia. Everyone promised to help Airtel do a good job.
Patrick Nsubuga from Airtel talked about the plans to keep things running smoothly. Each partner said they would do their part to make that happen.
The group also looked back at how Airtel has grown over the years. It used to have different names, like Celtel and Zain.
The partners had good talks and shared ideas. They were happy that Airtel wanted to work together to improve things.
At the end of the morning, they cut a cake and took pictures. Everyone felt good about helping Airtel serve its customers well.
