Airtel's Xtelify signs Singtel, Globe for its new AI platform

Bharti Airtel's subsidiary Xtelify introduced Airtel Cloud, a sovereign cloud platform designed for business operations across India. The system processes 140 crore transactions per minute and operates from sustainable data centers with artificial intelligence provisioning. A team of 300 certified specialists manages the infrastructure that provides secure migration, effortless scaling, and cost reduction without vendor restrictions. The platform delivers Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and advanced connectivity solutions.

Xtelify simultaneously released an AI-driven software platform targeting global telecommunications companies. The solution addresses telecom value chain complexity while improving customer experience and reducing subscriber turnover. Three major partnerships accompany the platform launch with Singtel receiving workforce optimization tools, Globe Telecom gaining customer service enhancements, and Airtel Africa accessing comprehensive software solutions across 14 countries. The partnerships demonstrate Xtelify's expansion strategy beyond domestic markets into international telecommunications infrastructure.
