Akpabio fires back at Natasha, calls for proof as legal drama grows

Senate President Godswill Akpabio told Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, through his spokesperson, to back up her sexual harassment claims with actual proof, since she keeps posting about the defamation case on social media without showing evidence. His office confirmed the lawsuit got filed over three months back, but Akpoti-Uduaghan kept dodging process servers until the court approved substituted service last month. They said her timeline about the case being brand new is completely wrong.

Akpabio's team pointed out that courtrooms settle legal beef instead of online drama getting weaponized for sympathy points. They brought up how she tried fighting her six-month suspension through social media campaigns before eventually serving the whole thing anyway, and they want her to present whatever evidence she claims to have in front of a judge instead of farming engagement online.
