Nigeria's current challenges did not originate during President Bola Tinubu's tenure, Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume declared on Sunday. The former Benue State Governor addressed attendees at the National Ecumenical Centre in Abuja during a special service marking Nigeria's 65th Independence Day celebration. Akume emphasized that comprehensive reforms have begun under Tinubu's leadership to tackle longstanding issues.
Citizens must contribute actively to building the nation they deserve, Akume stressed.
