Andy Farayi Hodges, a recently dismissed executive from Zimpapers Television Network (ZTN), has accused the public-listed company of financial irregularities and mismanagement.
The former executive shared these claims through a social media statement, highlighting that ZTN failed to generate any profit over six years despite receiving USD 6 million in revenue.
"At ZTN, we have never seen any profit," Hodges stated, suggesting the company presented misleading information about its performance to stakeholders.
His allegations targeted CEO PD Deketeke and the board of directors. Hodges accused Deketeke of maintaining secretive practices and misrepresenting financial data during his leadership tenure.
The former executive issued a stern warning regarding potential legal consequences. "You are publicly listed and are in any way complicit in corporate fraud; I promise you that you will be arrested," he declared.
