Apple wants judges to throw out the ban on Apple Watch sales that happened because of a fight over health technology. The tech company asked a federal appeals court to reverse the decision that stopped them from selling watches with blood oxygen sensors. Masimo claims Apple stole their patent ideas for measuring oxygen levels in blood. The legal battle has been going on for years and cost Masimo around $100 million to fight. Apple's lawyers told the court that millions of people lost access to important health features because of this ban.

Three judges asked tough questions about whether Masimo deserved to win since they didn't even have a competing product ready when the fight started.
