ARC and University Team Up for Law Educators

The Competition Authority will teach law teachers and students about fair market rules. Yesterday, in Maputo City, they signed a deal with Eduardo Mondlane University. Both groups want better training for law students and working lawyers and aim to spread knowledge about how competition laws work in real life. The deal marks a big step for legal education in Mozambique.

The Authority promised to send teachers and provide books for this training. They agreed to work together on research about market rules. Students and lawyers will find important papers much easier to access. The Authority plays a key role in making business fair across Mozambique. Their help will make a real difference to law education.

Their main task is making sure all companies follow fair play rules. They want everyone to value honest competition in all business deals. When markets run fairly, money and goods go where they help most. Companies create more new products when they must stay ahead. Buyers always benefit when businesses must compete for their money. Fair markets make the whole country stronger.
