ASUS added more BTF computer parts at Computex. The company made new motherboards and graphics cards that plug in from the back. ASUS built a better power plug called BTF 2.5 that handles 1000W of power. This gives 400W more than older BTF plugs did. The new plug works with both BTF parts and normal computer boards.
The latest BTF graphics cards have both the new plug and standard power ports. Computer fans might someday use both plugs at once for faster speeds.
