ASUS Launches New Radeon RX 9070 Series for Gaming

ASUS has new Radeon RX 9070 cards. They come in TUF Gaming and Prime types. The TUF Gaming cards have three fans with eleven blades. These fans push air across fins that take heat away. The fans can stop during easy tasks to stay quiet. The cards have an aluminum back with big air holes. Users can pick between fast mode or quiet mode with a switch. ASUS makes software called GPU Tweak III. This lets users check how the card works and change fan speeds.

The Prime cards are smaller, at 2.5 slots thick. They also use three fans. These fans have small centers and long blades to move more air. A ring around each fan helps push air down. Both card types use special heat pads. These pads start hard but become more like liquid when hot, helping them fill tiny spaces between parts. The fans have two ball bearings to last longer. A switch lets users change how the card runs. The back is made of aluminum for support and cooling.

Both card types use a special heat pad instead of paste. This pad works better as it gets hotter by filling small gaps. The cards have metal frames to stay strong. They come with a holder to stop them from bending. They use tough parts for steady power. A coating keeps out water, dust, and dirt. ASUS builds these cards with a special process to make them last. The new cards will be for sale on March 6. The Prime cards also have a ring that makes air go down better. The TUF cards let hot air go into the main air path of the computer case. Both card types have a switch to change between different ways of running.
