Atari AvP Legend Returns as Xenomorph Stealth Horror

A British game studio plans to make a new alien monster game based on a 30-year-old classic. Athena Worlds started work on Xenomorph, which follows the spirit of Alien vs. Predator from 1994. Jane Whittaker shared news about the project online with fans who wanted more games like his original creation. He posted artwork showing the famous double-mouthed creature ready to attack.

Whittaker runs Athena Worlds as CEO and feels deeply connected to this new project. Many people still talk about his earlier work with great passion. The developer waited three decades before starting another survival stealth game. Money from supporters finally made his dream possible.

The team will release the game for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. No launch date exists for the project, which is just starting development. Mike Meaden leads creative decisions on the game, and Blaire Wathen designs all characters for the new title.

Players crash land on planet XL-243, where dangerous creatures live. The adventure focuses on staying alive against deadly threats. Developers describe it as an open-world experience full of exploration and tense combat situations. Players must fight or hide from enemies throughout the game. The studio aims to create something memorable for fans of the original classic.
