Bashundhara Public School and College celebrated the opening of its new athletics facility on Sunday afternoon. Principal Brig Gen (retd) Anisur Rahman marked the ceremony by releasing colorful balloons into the sky. Six football teams competed in friendly matches that brought together students and their families. Participants from sixth through eighth grades joined their parents on the field for three competitive games. The event highlighted the school's commitment to expanding recreational opportunities for its student body.

Construction crews will complete a swimming pool and martial arts center within two months. The campus will also feature shooting and archery ranges for student activities. Rahman emphasized that such comprehensive facilities require significant investment and remain uncommon among educational institutions.
