Electronic Arts will launch Battlefield 6 Season 1 on Oct. 28 with three content phases spanning November and December. The Rogue Ops phase adds the Blackwell Fields map, a 4v4 Strikepoint mode, and multiple weapons for squad combat. California Resistance arrives on Nov. 18 with the Eastwood suburban map, an 8v8 Sabotage mode, and Battle Pickups featuring limited-ammunition power weapons scattered across environments.
The season concludes with Winter Offensive on Dec. 9, transforming the Empire State map with freezing weather effects and introducing an Ice Lock event with temporary Freeze mechanics. Players receive an APC Traverser Mark 2 vehicle, SOR-300C carbine rifle, Mini Fix sniper rifle, and GGH-22 sidearm during the opening phase. Phase two introduces a DB-12 shotgun, M327 revolver, and Troy Angled grip attachment. The final update includes an Ice Climbing Axe melee weapon for winter-themed gameplay.
