Veteran producer Mahesh Bhatt has revealed how he developed the talents of Suhrita Das, who directs his upcoming film Tu Meri Poori Kahani. The filmmaker encountered Das during a Durga Puja celebration in Kolkata eleven years ago. Das worked as a hairdresser while pursuing her passion for writing despite being married with children and financially secure. Bhatt became intrigued when she described cutting hair with her left hand and writing with her right hand. Her writing samples impressed him with their authentic recklessness.
