Bitspower and Partners Boost AI Power with Liquid Cooling

Three big tech companies teamed up to cool off super-hot computer parts. Bitspower, KRAMBU, and XFX partnered to make fancy water cooling systems for AMD chips. These chips run AI programs that heat up fast when they work hard. Better cooling helps these chips run faster and last longer than regular air-cooled ones. The team brings together great cooling systems, smart computer design, and amazing graphics cards.

These water-cooled machines can fit 20 graphics cards in one box—way more than older systems. This means they crunch numbers faster for companies using AI, teaching computers to learn, or analyzing tons of data. At the center sits AMD's newest card, the Radeon RX 9070 XT. These cards use tiny 5-nanometer technology called RDNA 4 Navi 48. They pack 25 percent more transistors than similar NVIDIA parts.

AMD squeezed 53.9 billion tiny electronic switches into a space smaller than what NVIDIA uses in its Blackwell chips. The water cooling keeps everything much colder than regular fans could. When parts stay cool, they run at top speed without slowing down due to heat issues. These systems also use less electricity because they waste less energy as heat.

This teamwork changes how big computing centers operate. With these new cooling systems, data centers can run faster and more reliably. Bitspower makes the special cooling parts, KRAMBU builds the computer framework, and XFX creates the powerful graphics cards. Together, they help big companies run AI programs better than ever before.
