Bruno flops again as United crash at Brentford

Manchester United suffered a 3-1 defeat against Brentford on Saturday, marking their third loss across six Premier League fixtures this season. Bruno Fernandes saw his penalty attempt blocked by goalkeeper Caoimhín Kelleher during the 76th minute, representing his second failed spot kick this campaign. Igor Thiago delivered a devastating first-half performance for the hosts, netting twice within the opening 20 minutes. Benjamin Sesko responded for the visitors with his debut English football goal in the 26th minute.

Mathias Jensen sealed Brentford's victory with a powerful strike during added time. The result continues United's struggles under manager Ruben Amorim, who remains unable to secure consecutive wins since taking charge last November. Liverpool leads the Premier League table and seeks their sixth straight victory when visiting Crystal Palace later Saturday.
