BTS member Suga finished his alternative military service on June 21. All seven band members have completed their required duty for South Korea. Suga worked as a social service agent because of an old shoulder injury. He completed his last day of work on June 18 and used vacation time until his official discharge date. He started this alternative service back in September 2023.
The other BTS members finished their military time at different points over the past year. Jin and J-Hope completed their active duty during June and October of 2024. RM and V wrapped up their service on June 10 this year. Jimin and Jungkook finished just one day later on June 11. The group stayed apart for nearly three years as each member served their country.
