He thinks public sector salaries should not be tied to private sector averages as some fixed percentage and departments that already got big raises should not get more. The expert warned that selling Lukoil assets without permission will land Bulgaria in international arbitration where they will owe compensation, and said gambling needs way stricter regulation instead of getting more public money thrown at it.
