CAPS United give coach two games to save his job

CAPS United bosses told coach Lloyd Chitembwe he has just two games to save his job after the team lost again. The Green Machine fell to Bikita Minerals 0-1 at home, making it four defeats in a row.

Club president Farai Jere said they're already looking for a new coach, with Zambian former player Ian Bakala likely to take over. The team must win against Yadah or FC Platinum at Rufaro to keep Chitembwe around. Jere believes they have good players, but results aren't coming.

The entire coaching staff faces replacement if luck doesn't change soon. Chitembwe previously won a championship with CAPS United back in 2016, but this season has been terrible. The team won just once in seven matches, with five losses.

CAPS United sits near the bottom of the league table with only four points. They scored four goals but let in eight. Chitembwe's contract was up for renewal this year, but recent poor performances changed the club's plans for him.
