Bar Association head Efua Ghartey wants lawyers to watch how officials handle the case that might remove the Chief Justice. She said at their mid-year meeting that everyone needs to see justice happen clearly. Ghartey pointed out that many Ghanaians talk about what makes a prima facie case because of news about this matter. She called this situation new for Ghana and said lawyers must keep an eye on it.
