Cheap new studios in three St Petersburg districts

According to a major real estate agency, St. Petersburg house hunters can find the cheapest new apartments in the Krasnogvardeisky District. For just 3.3 million rubles, buyers can purchase a 21-square-meter studio scheduled for completion in late 2026. This represents the most affordable option currently available on the primary market.

Kolpinsky District ranks second for budget-friendly housing. Prospective homeowners can acquire a 22-square-meter studio apartment there for 3.41 million rubles. The property should be ready during the first quarter of 2026. Pushkinsky District holds third place with a 19-square-meter studio priced at 3.49 million rubles, also set for completion in late 2026.

The price difference becomes stark when looking at downtown properties. Central St. Petersburg commands much higher prices, with even the least expensive new apartment - a 23-square-meter studio - costing 14.26 million rubles. The city center remains the priciest area for new construction.

Real estate analysts recently calculated how long residents need to save before affording a St. Petersburg apartment. The March 2025 assessment examined all available new housing inventory across the city.
