CJ Wallace sues Jonathan Hay over claims

Christopher Wallace, the son of the late rapper Notorious B.I.G., has initiated a defamation lawsuit against publicist Jonathan Hay. The legal action denies Hay's accusations that Wallace facilitated a sexual assault involving Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, and participated in parties hosted by the incarcerated music figure. Wallace contends that Hay deliberately spread falsehoods with a reckless disregard for the truth.

The complaint states that Hay repeated these fabricated claims during several online interviews. Wallace asserts that these malicious statements have damaged his reputation, causing him both emotional distress and lost business prospects. He is seeking a jury trial to determine appropriate financial compensation for the harm inflicted.

The legal dispute reportedly originated from an unsuccessful music collaboration between the parties. After their professional relationship deteriorated, Wallace alleges that Hay threatened to release unreleased tracks without permission from the Notorious B.I.G. Estate.
