Civil society groups praised the federal government's 2025 budget plan. The Independent Civil Society Groups said officials showed smart money management and careful spending choices. Dr Emmanuel Agabi leads the organization that studied government financial decisions. The groups liked how Minister Abubakar Atiku Bagudu handled economic planning work. Leaders said the budget supports President Tinubu's development goals for Nigeria.

Government officials increased spending on roads and buildings to 23.4 trillion naira. Workers plan to build the Lagos-Calabar highway and fix broken train lines across the country. The budget creates jobs and improves transportation for millions of people. Officials want to collect more taxes and grow different parts of the economy. Programs help students pay for school and train workers for technology jobs.

The government gives money to 15 million poor families through cash payments. Small business owners receive grants to expand their companies and hire more workers. Officials created a 20 trillion naira fund to build important projects nationwide. States get extra money to improve roads and bridges for local communities. These programs help reduce poverty and create opportunities for struggling families.

Food prices keep rising and money problems hurt many citizens across Nigeria. Security issues make farming dangerous and reduce crop production for markets. Government leaders must work harder to control inflation and protect farmers from attacks. Officials need better plans to grow more food and distribute supplies fairly. Economic reforms should protect vulnerable people from rising costs.
